Your Role: What You’ll Do
As a Direct Sales Representative for Palmetto Pest Control, your responsibilities will include:
- Generating Leads: Use door-to-door sales techniques to connect with potential customers and showcase our services.
- Building Relationships: Understand customer needs and provide tailored pest control solutions.
- Exceeding Sales Goals: Consistently achieve revenue milestones while maintaining accurate sales records.

Are You a Good Fit?
We’re looking for sales professionals who:
- Have proven experience in sales, with pest control experience being a bonus.
- Possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Are ambitious, goal-oriented, and thrive in competitive environments.
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Palmetto, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
